Learn more: How are insurance rates set?
These premium examples are based on actual home policies purchased or renewed with us in 2017. Taken together, these examples reflect the general range in home insurance rates paid by the majority of our clients. But there are many factors that affect insurance rates; so do not expect your premium to necessarily match any particular example above. Values, distances and ages are generalized or rounded to safeguard client anonymity. Rates above don't include installment fees or the cost of the bundled Auto insurance premium.

YOUR HOME IS YOUR GREATEST ASSET…PROTECT YOUR HOME
We believe home is where the heart is and that’s why choosing the right coverage for you home should be done with care. Whether it’s a condo, a suburban home, or a mobile, we have a wide variety of options to meet your needs. HOME INSURANCE Your home is a valuable asset, an investment in yours and your families’ future. You need the peace of mind that comes with having your investment secured and protected. WHAT IS COVERED UNDER HOUSE INSURANCE? Most policies include four types of coverage:
Structure of Home: This policy helps pay to repair or rebuild your home if it’s damaged or destroyed by natural disasters such as fire, hail, lightning, or other types of disasters. Personal Belongings: This policy covers personal items such as furniture, clothing, sports equipment, jewelry and other items that are stolen or destroyed in other insured disasters like fire. Liability Protection: Liability protection covers you against lawsuits where bodily injury or property damage are caused to another person by you or your family. For example, if someone hurts themselves on your property while shoveling snow and chooses to pursue legal action, you will be able to pay the cost of defending yourself in court. Additional Living Expenses (ALE): ALE helps pay any additional costs of living away from home if your home is severally damaged from an insured disaster.
