Last Minute Payment InformationWe want to assist you in preventing your policy from cancelling due to a late payment. If your payment is past due and you have been sent a warning notice by your insurance company, your payment must be received and posted no later than the date shown on the notice, to prevent cancellation of your insurance policy.
Click on the button below to review options for making your payment, or contact us so that we can discuss your options with you and/or help you post your payment. Important Notes:
Mailed Payments: If your last day to pay is less than one week away, we encourage you to choose an option other than mail, as there may be insufficient time for your payment to arrive via mail. If you have mailed a payment, please be sure to followup to confirm your payment was received - either contact us or login to your policy account online. After-Hour Payment Drop: For your convenience, we offer an after-hour payment drop located at our office, just to the right of our main door. However, please note that any payments dropped after hours will not be posted or considered received until the next business day. Please do not leave a payment if your last day to pay is before the next business day, as this will not prevent cancellation of your policy. Some of our insurance companies do not provide a grace period for renewal payments. In this situation, the payment must be received by the date of the renewal to avoid a lapse. If you aren't sure if this applies to you, contact us to find out. The information on this page is not applicable to Life or Health insurance payments.
