How to get Roadside AssistanceIf you purchased Towing and Labor coverage on your Auto policy, your policy will reimburse you for towing or other roadside service, such as key lockout, flat tire, jumpstart or running out of gas, up to your policy limit and subject to the terms of the policy. Since your insurance carrier provides Towing and Labor coverage on a reimbursement basis, you will need to arrange for the service and then submit your receipt to us or the insurance company for reimbursement.
You may obtain service from the provider of the choice. Keep in mind that your reimbursement will be limited to your policy maximum (typically $75 - $200; refer to your policy for the amount).
