Temporary Office Change due to Coronavirus
Updated 3/23/20 at 5:00pm
To all our current and future clients:
Here at Pine Country Insurance, we are committed to continuing to serve you during this difficult stretch. Whether it be routine matters such as a billing question or changing vehicles, major issues such as filing a claim or starting new coverage - even if you need help with challenges caused by the current pandemic - we are ready and waiting to assist you in any way we can.
However, we must not ignore the current health risk to your family and ours, and each of us share the responsibility to slow community spread. Therefore, we have made the decision to close our office to foot traffic effective immediately.
Rest assured we will still be working and will be available to assist you via phone, email or text message. We also would be happy to invite you to a video chat - which will work on your smartphone, tablet or any PC with a webcam.
If you’d like an appointment to review or start new coverage, we also are ready to meet with you via video, including screen sharing to review documents together. Combining a video meeting with our online signature technology, we are equipped and ready to complete a new insurance transaction for you, without the need for an in-person meeting.
Some of our clients come in every month to make payments in person. We are sorry we may not be able to see you face to face until this crisis subsides, but there are several other ways for you to pay. You can leave a check or money order in our payment drop (located just to the right of our entrance), and your payment will be posted either the same or the next business day. You can mail your payment to us. You can also call our office to pay by debit or credit card or make your payment online. (For both logistical and health reasons, we do regret that we will be unable to accept cash payments for the present time.)
We remain open via via phone, email and text Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm and we look forward to hearing from you and hope you stay well.
