pay at our office
You may bring your payment via check, cash or money order into our office during normal business hours (Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, excluding major holidays). For your convenience, we also have an after hours payment drop for your check or money order. The payment drop is located to the right of our entrance door.
Our office is located at 507 Beltrami Ave NW in downtown Bemidji. (see map)
Payment drop is for in force policies only. No cash. Unless otherwise indicated, payments left after hours will be posted on the next business day. Do not use this payment drop if your policy will cancel or expire on or before the next business day.
We cannot accept payments for life, health or disability policies at our office or in our payment drop. For these types of policies, payments must be made directly with the insurance company.
pay via mail
To make a payment by mail, send your payment to the address on your bill.
If you do not have your bill, please call us for payment information and an address.
Note: Always make sure to allow sufficient time when mailing your payment, as your payment will not be considered as having been made until the date it is received and posted.
setup auto-pay (EFT)
Auto-Pay (EFT) is a convenient payment method offered by most of our insurance companies. This takes the worry out of having to remember to make your payments, and it usually saves you money in installment fees or even premium discounts (depending on the insurance company).
To begin Auto-Pay, we will need your signature, which can be via mail, email or by visiting our office. Depending on the insurance company, Auto-Pay may take 1-2 payment cycles to setup, and you should continue to make your payments as you did previously, until you are notified that Auto-Pay is active.
If you would like more information, or if you are ready to setup Auto-Pay, please contact us so that we can further assist you.
